A quote request through this site leads to a free site visit and a written quotation. The request itself is not a contract and puts you under no obligation, and no deposit is required. A contract exists once you accept a written quotation from us.

The work we carry out is subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the requirement that services are carried out with reasonable care and skill.

5. Limitation of liability

This site is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
